It seems like many players had no success with searching a good city type. Here you can see an example:

Edit: This is just an example. Some players have built much better towns, with much more population.

Important are a few things:

- Never build a mall directly next to another mall, because than both produce less food.

- If you build a food factory in the center of your town all of your malls, restaurants and takeaways will produce more food.

- Itīs clever to use the combination of parks and polices like me in this town, because than the nature index of the parks grows up.

- At the beginning it was good to build very much (but not too much!!!) concrete tower-blocks into the corners and upgrade them until they have level 5. This is a cheap way to get very much population in a short time. But be careful with your popularity, some people could emigrate!
--> Later replace the concrete tower-blocks with towers of the poor and upgrade the totp to  level 2 minimum.

- Buy residents. If you can, than buy residents. But just if itīs possible to get some for 20 § per resident or less.

- Itīs advisable to have a command center, an Emporium and a vehicle factory in every town, to make it possible to react fast if someone attacks you, or if you want to attack someone.

- Some Buildings are unnecessary: Tower Block, Farm, Organic Farm, Takeaway, Barracks, Information Bureau, Fire Department, Mine and a few cultural buildings.

- Be careful with slums! It seems to be great, 150 residents for just 300 §. BUT: If you starts with researching for weapons, than people escape from the slums and from your town. In this way you can lose engineers, scientists, residents and so on.
